I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander from this dealership and had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.They were a little short-staffed during my visit, so I ended up driving the vehicle from one location to another. Honestly, I didn’t mind at all—it gave me extra time to get a feel for the Highlander before making my decision, which was actually a bonus.The only issue I encountered was that the key had been misplaced, so a replacement key had to be ordered. It would have been nice to leave with two key fobs or an “original”, but the staff handled the situation professionally and kept me informed.Overall, I’m very happy with both my purchase and the customer service I received. The team made the buying process smooth and stress-free.

Gary was so helpful, even on a short staffed Saturday, and did not make us feel pressured at all. He made the purchase process as smooth as possible, and let us bring our dog into the office while we signed everything. We’re ver happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

I drove from NJ to get my car, as I wanted something specific (3 hour drive). The easiest and kindest transaction I have experienced with a a car dealership. We agreed on everything over the phone. I was a little hesitant as they were NOT pushy at all. (Like the usual dealerships). Totally worth the drive. Thank you Hans and Merle and all the other people I spoke to.

What a great experience we had here! I bought an absolutely beautiful 2016 Toyota Sienna and am thrilled with it. Auto Connection had serviced it before putting it up for sale with new tires and brakes and some other things. Greg was so helpful and let me take the vehicle for multiple test drives so I could make up my mind and made sure my husband had time to look it over as well. He let me take it to a garage of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection and the vehicle passed with flying colors, absolutely no problems with it. And the price was right for the excellent condition it was in. This was an absolutely no-pressure experience. Greg just gave us the information and help that we needed to make a good decision. I would buy a car from them again in a heartbeat!
