We spent weeks looking for a car. We read reviews of car dealers across varying platforms - cars.com, autotrader, carfax, KBB, Cargurus, google, facebook, etc. Finding a reliable dealing was essential before making the drive to see an advertised car. Auto Connection lived up to the reviews that others left. The salesman showed us what we wanted, absolutely did not pressure us at all, left us alone for as long as we wanted, and answered all our questions. We didn't purchase the car we came for, but we found another one on the lot that fit what we were looking for. It's been several weeks since the purchase, and we're quite happy with our purchase.

It was a very smooth transparent experience, I learned of the place through Carfax. I highly recommend it, both Greg and Hans were very professional and made this transaction a very pleasant one. No hidden fees no gimmicks very impressed.

I was getting very frustrated with other car dealers and banks both of which wouldn't return calls and made me do everything on the computer instead of talking to me like a person. Greg got back to me within 15 min of when I checked out the car on my computer and had my loan OK'd in less than an hour. I made an appointment to check out the car and he told me,the keys are in it, have fun. No hard sell, nothing pushy. I picked up the car 4 days after I first saw it and it took a little extra time because it was Thanksgiving week. I'm VERY satisfied with this car buying experience and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Wonderful buying experience. I was there a few weeks ago and Hans helped me trade a vehicle in and purchase a Volvo XC90. Great price for a nice SUV. Today I was there again with my nephew purchasing a Mazda 3. This time Greg worked with us in purchasing a "first car" for a nice price. Good prices for quality vehicles.

With forty plus years buying cars -- both new and used, my experience at Auto Connection of Lancaster was the smoothest, most transparent transaction ever. Hans and Greg were attentive, professional, and extremely competent. My trip from DC was worth the drive. And, they have top-notch cars at extremely competitive prices. I searched nation wide for my 2015 BMW 3-series wagon, and this deal beat the competitors by thousands of dollars.

I could not recommend Auto Connection more highly. I live in Knoxville, TN, and completed this purchase remotely. Hans and Greg are amazing, quickly working with me through phone, text, and email to sign the paperwork and arrange for payment. They even arranged for delivery. The whole process was clear, smooth, efficient, and took place in less than a day. The car was delivered to my location in only a day or two as well, and looked even better than the advertisement on their website. Whenever I need another car, I will definitely buy from them again.
